Sadie, Wiping Attitude and More!

Everyone knows how kids are the day after a sleepover. Well our kids are not immune. After a sleep over with cousin Aspen, let's just say Avalee's attitude was on overdrive! So Adrea got sick of it and told Avalee to "Wipe that attitude off your face!" Suddenly Adrea hears a little voice coming from the bathroom as Sadie says, "I have attitude on my face," all while she is sitting on the toilet pooping. Adrea then says "Well then you better wipe it off your face, too." To which Sadie says, "I already did." Let's just hope she didn't use the same piece of toilet paper...Oh yeah and Adrea wasn't upset any more either!

Adrea's Eye Surgery Has Been Approved!

We just wanted to inform everyone that Adrea's eye surgery that was previously rejected has now been approved. But we will not be able to do it until early 2008. But good news regardless!

Sadie Inherited Grandma's Computer Skills!!

So, today when I picked up Sadie from preschool she had a note taped to her shirt about her Christmas program that was coming up. She was so excited to show me and told me it was for dad's and mom's and grandma's and grandpa's and pinkie's and boo's and (I think she would have named everyone if I didn't stop her at that point). So I told Sadie we would go home and email everyone to let them know about her program and to invite them to come.

I called Sadie into my room when I was ready to start the email and I asked her what she wanted to say to everyone about her program. She proceeded to shout at the computer screen to tell everyone about her program. I thought it was hilarious. She has her Grandma Andrew's computer skills it looks like! Ha Ha. (sorry mom). Happy 7th Birthday Avalee!!!

Today Avalee celebrated her 7th birthday. Wow do Mom and Dad feel old! She started off the day getting right out of bed for her first present, a brand new coat (Pink and Brown and Warm!). Then she went to school, her favorite part of the day. :-p

At school she mom brought cupcakes and eye glass prisms for all of the kids in Avalee's class and you should have seen her, she was so proud of her mom, for a moment she actually thought her mom was cool. All of the kids kept telling Avalee "thank you," and "this is awsome."

Avalee then was able to go to dinner with dad for work. Every month people fly into SLC to be taught by Grandpa Andrew, Uncle Emron, Uncle Aaron (Onit), and Dad. Well part of the training is a nice dinner at Tuscany's. And Avalee got to go. All of the business men were happy to have her around. She liked the food, especially the Calamari which she later found out was Squid!

Finally she came home and read stories to Ashley and then opened presents. Sister Sadie gave her a Pet Shop Electronic Diary. And then for her other give Avalee got a brand new iPod Nano!!! Spoiled Kid!!!
Thanks to everyone who called Avalee and wished her a Happy Birthday!
